At least one "Safety locking switch" for the side door(s) registers not locked. All machine functions which require the protective door be closed are disabled. 1. Close side door(s). 2. Press [CYCLE START] key. Protective equipment is locked and the error message is cleared. 3. Check the PLC output signal and the actuation of the locking switches. 4. Check PLC input signals from locking switch and safety relay (safety equipment OK). 5. Check locking switch mechanically. (Possibly plunger or tongue jammed)
