Code 601109: Swivel head not clamped

Function "Clamp swivel head clamping" was output, but the swivel head clamping is not yet clamped, or signals that it is still unclamped. PLC input signal "Swivel head clamping clamped" is not registered or "Swivel head clamping unclamped" is still registered. The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. Read disable Control reads no further program blocks into memory. If the sensor signals are correct within a monitoring period, the program run is continued. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the machine stops. 1. Check PLC input signals "Swivel head clamping clamped". 2. Check PLC input signals "Swivel head clamping unclamped". 3. Check PLC input signals "Pressure sensors". 4. Check PLC output signals "Clamp swivel head clamping". 5. Check PLC output signals "Unclamp swivel head clamping". 6. Check PLC output signals "Valves". 7. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START], [CYCLE START] or [RESET] key. Message is cleared.
