The command "Move out chain index" is output but there is no acknowledgement of the corresponding sensor. PLC input signal "Chain index moved out" is not present. Error messages Tool change Chain index not moved out (1) The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. Read disable Control reads no further program blocks into memory. If the sensor signals are correct within a monitoring period, the program run is continued. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the machine stops. 1. Check sensor "chain index moved out" and the associated PLC input signal. 2. Check the activation and valve "move out chain index". 3. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] or [CYCLE START]: Message is cleared. 4. Press [TOOL CH HOME POS.] key. Tool changer moves to home position.
