PLC input signal “magazine place free“ is not present. A tool was deposited at the wrong place while the magazine was being loaded. The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. Read disable Control reads no further program blocks into memory. If the sensor signals are correct within a monitoring period, the program run is continued. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the machine stops. 1. Check whether there is a tool at the transfer place. If there is no tool at the transfer place, the PLC input signal "magazine place free" must be checked. The spindle tool and the tool in the magazine must be checked if there is a tool at the transfer place. 2. Remove the tools and insert correctly if necessary. NOTICE! Care must be taken here that the tools are deposited in the correct magazine place. 3. Check the setting of the ultrasound sensor according to the setting instructions. NOTICE! Adjustment should only be carried out by trained and instructed personnel. 4.
