Actuation "Swivel workpiece changer" is output, but the response "Workpiece pallet 1 under spindle" or "Workpiece pallet 2 under spindle" of the corresponding sensor is missing. The workpiece changer is locked, but the PLC input signal "Workpiece pallet 1 under spindle" or "Workpiece pallet 2 under spindle" is missing. The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. Read disable Control reads no further program blocks into memory. If the sensor signals are correct within a monitoring period, the program run is continued. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the machine stops. 1. Check the sensor "Workpiece pallet 1 under spindle" or "Workpiece pallet 2 under spindle" and the associated PLC input signal. 2. Check the actuation and the valve "Workpiece pallet 1 under spindle" or "Workpiece pallet 2 under spindle". 3. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press one of the following keys: [FEED START] [CYCLE START] Message is cleared.
