Code 700051: Clamping device not clamped

The pressure switches for clamping device monitoring are not signalling correctly on the machining side. The work area should be acknowledged, but the clamping device is not yet clamped. PLC input signal "Clamping device clamped“ is not present. Cause 1: Cause 2: The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. Read disable Control reads no further program blocks into memory. If the sensor signals are correct within a monitoring period, the program run is continued. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the machine stops. 1. Press the [Clamp/unclamp clamping device] key to clamp the device. 2. Check the pressure switch "Clamping device clamped" and PLC input signals. 3. Check the PLC output signals and "clamp clamping device" valves. 4. Check hydraulic unit system pressure. 5. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press the following key: [FEED START] Message is cleared. This applies to the pneumatic as well as hydraulic clamping devices.
