Official Troubleshooting Steps
The „Position Quad-ring„ actuation was output during the tool change, but no return signal is received from the respective pressure switch within approx. 0.5 seconds. PLC input signal „Quad-ring positioned“ is not present. Feed Stop and Spindle Stop after current tool change. 1. Check the trigger and the valve "Position Quad-ring". 2. Check pressure switch „Quad-ring positioned“ and the associated PLC input. 3. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] or [CYCLE START]. Message is cleared. The valve „Position Quad-ring“ can be actuated via service functions in order to test the functions. M88 & H61 = Position Quad-ring (On) M88 & H62 = Position Quad-ring (Off)
