Code 700108: Monitoring of clamping hydraulics filter

The "Hydraulic filter monitoring“ pressure switch on the hydraulic unit has responded (signal state =0). The return pressure is too high. The oil filter is soiled. PLC input signal "Clamping hydraulics filter monitoring" is not registered. The error has the following effect as soon as the end of the machining program has been reached: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. "Spindle Stop" Tool spindle is stopped. Speed no longer possible. The hydraulic unit remains switched on. For MT series: Channel-specific "Feed Stop" and "Spindle Stop" after tool change on this channel. The other channel, respectively, continues to run until the next rapid feed ( G0 ). The hydraulic unit remains switched on. 1. Check the oil filter in the hydraulic unit. 2. Check the pressure switch and the PLC input signal "Clamping hydraulics filter monitoring". 3. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press the [FEED START] key. Message is cleared.
