Official Troubleshooting Steps
Both sensors "Workpiece pallet 1 under spindle" and "Workpiece pallet 2 under spindle" signal at the same time. The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. Read disable Control reads no further program blocks into memory. Desired function is not executed. 1. Check the sensors "Workpiece pallet 1 under spindle" and "Workpiece pallet 2 under spindle". 2. Check the PLC input signals. Error messages Work areas Prox.switch workpiece pallet 1/2 3. Once the malfunction has been eliminated, switch off the control with the [Control OFF] key. 4. Turn on the control with the key [Control ON]. Message is cleared.
