Code 700130: Fault workpiece changer - control

The workpiece changer control unit signals a malfunction. Cause 2: Error messages Work areas Fault workpiece changer - control PLC input signal "Workpiece changer control malfunction" signals signal state 1 (logical 1 means error). Error message only appears for informational purposes. The workpiece changer control unit switches to "Emergency mode“. The table moves slowly to the respective end position if "turn workpiece changer" is actuated during Emergency mode. Other machine functions are not impaired. 1. Determine the cause of the malfunction using the error signal lights on the control unit and the operating instructions. 2. Turn off the control with the key [Control OFF]. 3. Turn on the control with the key [Control ON]. Workpiece changer control is reset to the operating state. 4. Expert service personnel can alternatively put the control unit into the operating state with the [STOP / RUN] switch. 5. Press the following key: [FEED START] Message is cleared.
