代碼 700154: Protective door(s) not open

For closing the automatic protective doors, final position "Protective doors open" has not registered. It is not possible to close the protective doors. 1. Press [RESET] key. Message is cleared. 2. Check the end position of the protective doors and the PLC input signals. The function "with loader" has been activated and the signal “Load / Unload“ has been given, but the protective doors does not report “open”. The PLC input signals "Protective door (left/right) opened“ are not available. The PLC input signals "Test protective door (left/right)“ are not available. Cause 1: Cause 2: Execution of the pending functions is not continued. The functions are continued as soon as the signal „Protective door opened“ is available again. Loader operation is impossible. 1. Check activation of "Open protective door“, the associated "Door opened“ proximity switches and the respective PLC input signals. 2. Check signals "Test protective door (left/right)“ of the safety switches and the respective PLC input signals.
