Official Troubleshooting Steps
Swivel workpiece changer", "Clamp / release clamping device" or "Rotate 4th/5th axis on the loading side" has been output but the protective door has not yet been tested. Feed Stop Read-in enable missing. [Acknowledgement] of the work area remains disabled. The clamping procedure is not started. Rotating the axes is not possible 1. Open the protective doors and close them again. 2. Press the [ACKNOWLEDGEMENT] key. Swivelling operation is continued. Error messages Protective equipment Enable protective doors missing 3. Check door limit switches and safety relays (protective equipment OK). After the initial machine switch on, the protective door must be opened and closed once. This is a function test for the safety relay.
