The main spindle cooling unit has a fault. PLC input „Malfunction 2 cooling unit (spindle)“ is not present. Error message appears immediately. Exception: The effect of the malfunction only manifests itself 10 seconds after the pump (cooling unit) is switched on. Feed Stop and Spindle Stop, as far as no thread-cutting is pending. 1. Remedy malfunction on the cooling unit. 2. Once the malfunction has been remedied, press the [RESET] key in manual mode or deactivate the control with the [Control OFF] key. Message is cleared. Please refer to the cooling unit operating instructions for detailed instructions on malfunction causes.
