Code 700213: Coolant system overfilled

Float switches “Coolant level, clean water MAX.“ and “Coolant level, chip conveyor MAX.“ indicate max. at the same time. (I.e. both coolant tanks are full to the brim, and coolant flow is therefore impossible). KF150 system: The PLC input signals “Coolant level, superclean water MAX.“ and “Coolant level, chip conveyor MAX.“ are not present. Machine is stopped with Feed Stop and Spindle Stop. All coolant pumps are switched off. 1. Pump off the excess coolant. Note filling instructions. 2. After the tank has been filled to a certain level and at least one float switch no longer signals maximum, press the following key: [FEED START] Message is cleared. The respective pumps are activated again. 1. If the clean water tank is pumped off, press the following key: [FEED START] [DELETE ERROR] The lifting pump is activated. 2. After the level in the dirty water tank is OK again (the float switch no longer signals maximum), press the following key: [FEED START] [DELETE ERROR] "Dirty water maximum" signal is cleared.
