Actuation "Unclamp tool" was output, but the response from the monitoring function for "Tool clamped" is not correct. The tool has not been correctly unclamped. Cause 1: The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. Read disable Control reads no further program blocks into memory. If the sensor signals are correct within a monitoring period, the program run is continued. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the machine stops. 1. Check the actuation of the valves "Unclamp tool" and "Clamp tool". 2. Check sensors and corresponding PLC - input signals. 3. Check the voltage value of the analogue sensor. 4. Check the setting of the collet chuck and analogue sensor relative to the adjustment instructions. NOTICE! Adjustment should only be carried out by trained and instructed personnel. 5. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press the following key: [FEED START] [CYCLE START] Message is cleared and the machining program can be continued. The command "Release tool“ has been output, but the "Tool clamped" pressure switch on the hydraulic unit signals still clamped. PLC input signal "Tool clamped“ is still present. If the messages are in order again within a monitoring time of about 8 seconds, the machine continues on immediately. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the machine stops.
