Code 700255: Workpiece machined with new tool

A tool has been used for the first time. a) PLC – MD 14510[6] Bit 5 = [ 1 ] (Without monitoring of workpiece machined with new tool after program end). b) PLC – MD 14510[6] Bit 5 = [ 0 ] (With monitoring of workpiece machined with new tool after program end). a) If a tool is used for the first time, there is no monitoring or display after the end of the program. b) Feed Stop after end of program (with M02, M30 or change work area/table side). Acknowledging the "newly inserted workpieces" with the [Acknowledge key] or [CYCLE START] key remains blocked. The error message appears and the lamp in the [Acknowledge key] key flashes quickly. b) 1. Submit workpieces for checking. 2. Confirmation (after OK from check) with the [FEED START] key. 3. Machining program is continued and the acknowledgement for the next workpieces is enabled again.
