A tool change is pending, but the check has indicated that there is a tool at the change place. This was previously incorrectly stored into the magazine. There is no corresponding bit "Tool place correctly occupied". 1 = Magazine place correctly occupied. 0 = Tool not present or not correctly inserted. As soon as there is a tool in the magazine, the corresponding bit "Magazine place correctly occupied" must be set in addition. The tool change is stopped and is not carried out further. Cause 1: 1. Tool change must be aborted. 2. Press [TOOL CH HOME POS.] key. Tool changer moves to home position. 3. Switch to NC operating mode "Manual mode". 4. Move magazine place to the loading position and check. 5. Remove the tool and store it in correctly. A tool was inserted in the loading position. Here, it was detected that a tool is present, but the "Tool correctly inserted (loading position)" switch does not signal. It is not possible to move the tool magazine. The indicator light "Enable tool loading" flashes. 1. Check whether the tool at the loading position is "correctly" in the tool magazine 2. Check whether the tool magazine is in the correct position. With the tool removed, the indicator light [Enable tool loading] is permanently illuminated as soon as the magazine is in its correct position. 3. Check the proximity switch "tool correctly inserted (loading position)" and the PLC input signal. 4. Check the proximity switch "Magazine place free (loading position)" and the PLC input signal. Possible combinations: Tool removed: Magazine place free = [ 1 ] + tool correctly inserted = [ 0 ] Tool inserted: Magazine place free = [ 0 ] + tool correctly inserted = [ 1 ] 5.
