Both sensors "chain index indexed" and "chain index moved out" register simultaneously. The machine functions are stopped immediately (if thread-cutting is not pending). 1. Check sensors of the chain index and the associated PLC input signals. 2. Check the PLC input signals. 3. Once the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] key. Message is cleared.
