Code 700734: Flow monitor cooling unit 2

Cooling unit was switched on. After the delay time has elapsed, the PLC input signal "Flow monitor cooling unit 2" still signals signal state [0]. After switching on the cooling unit, the flow monitor is monitored for signal state [1] after a short delay time. Error messages Cooling unit Flow monitor cooling unit 2 Error message appears immediately. Exception: The effect of the malfunction only manifests itself 10 seconds after the pump (cooling unit) is switched on. "Feed Stop", as far as no thread-cutting or tool change is pending. "Spindle Stop", as far as no thread-cutting or tool change is pending. The controller enable of the spindles and axes is cancelled. 1. Check the setting of the flow monitor and the coolant flow. 2. Check the PLC input signal "Flow monitor cooling unit 2". 3. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press the [FEED START] or [JOG] and [RESET] keys. Message is cleared.
