A speed greater than 200 rpm was programmed for the rotary table, but the workpiece clamping pressure is too high. PLC input signal "Workpiece clamping pressure monitoring" is not registered. Feed Stop on axes 5 (C) and 6 (CT2) No speed greater than 200 rpm is possible. Error messages Hydraulic system Workpiece clamping pressure (1) too high! Rotary table speed > 200 rpm disabled 1. Check the workpiece clamping pressure. 2. Check the PLC input signal "Monitoring workpiece clamping pressure" and the pressure sensor. 3. Press [RESET] key. Message is cleared. In order for the rotary table to be able to be turned at a speed greater than 200 rpm, the workpiece clamping pressure must be less than 60 bar so that the seals of the rotary supply aren't destroyed.
