Cause: grease lubrication Central lubrication system was switched on, but the central lubrication cycle switch did not signal correctly within 20 minutes. As soon as the central lubrication system is running, the central lubrication cycle switch must signal the signal state "1" 3x within 20 minutes. (Signal change: 1 -> 0 -> 1 -> 0 -> 1-> 0). Cause: oil lubrication Central lubrication system was switched on, but the central lubrication operating pressure switch did not signal correctly within 2 minutes. The error has the following effect: The message appears immediately and the central lubrication system is switched off. "Feed Stop" after end of program ( M30 ) or change work area/ table side. For MT series: The message appears immediately and the central lubrication system is switched off. Channel-specific "Read-in stop" after pulling bar call ( M450 ) or workpiece counting pulse ( M60 ) on this channel. The other channel, respectively, continues to run until the next tool change or rapid feed ( G0 ). Error messages Central lubrication system Central lubrication system: operation time monitoring 1. Check actuation of the central lubrication system. 2. Grease lubrication: Check the setting of the central lubrication system cycle switch and the PLC input signal. 3. Oil lubrication: Check the setting of the central lubrication system operating pressure switch and the PLC input signal. 4. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, switch to "Manual input". 5. Output function M160. Lubrication cycle is started. The error message is cleared after a successful lubrication cycle.
