The functions "End loading", "Do not unload/load" or "Rinsing on" are pending, but the loader is still in the collision range of the machine. The PLC input signal "loader outside collision area“ is not present. Error message appears. Execution of the pending functions is not continued. The functions are continued as soon as the signal "loader outside collision area“ is available again. 1. Check malfunction on loader. 2. Check output signal from "loader to machine" and PLC input signal "loader outside collision area“. Instructions on loader malfunctions are to be found in the loader operating instructions.
