PLC input signal "Exhaust fan, filter monitoring alarm min." is not registered. Feed Stop and Spindle Stop Coolant is switched off. Exhaust fan remains switched on. Cause 1: Error messages Suction system Air suctioning: Filter monitoring, alarm min (check system) 1. Check filter elements. 2. Close maintenance cover. 3. Check PLC input signal "Exhaust fan, filter monitoring alarm min." 4. Once the malfunction has been remedied, press [RESET] key Message is cleared. The exhaust fan is switched on, but the "filter control" monitor signals a malfunction (underpressure). The PLC input signal "Filter Control ALARM MIN." is not present. After activating the exhaust fan, the vacuum "ALARM MIN" is monitored only after the time set in the variable timer (VT 14) has elapsed. [Default = 30 seconds].
