The function "with loader“ has been switched on, the machine is fully operational for loader operation but the loader does not signal that it is fully operational. The PLC input signal "loader ready for operation" is not present. The error message appears but has no effect on the machine. Lamp "With loader" flashes. 1. Check malfunction on loader. 2. Check output signal "from loader to machine" and the PLC input signal "Loader ready for operation". 3. Once the loader again signals fully operational the message is cancelled automatically.
