Official Troubleshooting Steps
A tool change was programmed, but the X-axis is in an area which was blocked. There is a danger of collision with another axis, device, etc. Tool change is not executed. As long as the X-axis is in a blocked area, tool change or travel with the magazine axis is not possible. 1. The program should be interrupted. 2. Tool change must be programmed outside the blocked area. 3. First the X-axis must be moved out of the blocked area. 4. Check the settings of the blocked areas (software cams 21 and 22).
