Tool gripper is not in home position. PLC input signal "Tool gripper in home position" is not present. Feed Stop It is not possible to traverse the tool loader. If the sensor signals OK again within a monitoring time of about 12 seconds, the machine continues to run. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the error must be acknowledged. Error messages Background magazine Tool gripper not in home position 1. Switch to manual mode. 2. Press [TOOL CH HOME POS.] key. Tool gripper moves to home position. 3. If there are problems: Check the sensor and PLC input signal "Tool gripper home position". Check the activation and valve "Tool gripper to home position". 4. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press one of the following keys: [FEED START] [CYCLE START] [DELETE ERROR] Message is cleared.
