The activation of the paper transport has exceeded a maximum running time of about 30 seconds. The PLC input signal “Transport paper filter“ stays on continuously. Evaluation and "Feed Stop" occur with non-automatic or with rapid feed (G0) or program end. The coolant (flush water) and the lifting pump are switched off immediately. Error messages Cooling lubrication Time monitoring transport paper filter 1. Check paper transport actuation. 2. Check the float switch and the PLC input signal. 3. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press the following key: [FEED START] Message is cleared. By switching the machine control off and on again with [Control OFF] and [Control ON], the message is reset.
