代码 701748: Coolant filter monitoring

Pressure switch on the coolant filter has responded. PLC input signal "coolant filter monitoring“ is not present. The error has the following effect as soon as the end of the machining program has been reached: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. "Spindle Stop" Tool spindle is stopped. Speed no longer possible. The 1st coolant pump, the 2nd coolant pump and the bed rinsing are then turned off. For MT series: Channel-specific "Read-in stop" after pulling bar call ( M450 ) or workpiece counting pulse ( M60 ) on this channel. The other channel, respectively, continues to run until the next tool change or rapid feed ( G0 ). The 1st coolant pump, the 2nd coolant pump and the bed rinsing are then turned off. 1. Check coolant filter (contamination). 2. Check the pressure switch on the coolant filter and the PLC input signal "Coolant filter monitoring". 3. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press one of the following keys: [FEED START] [CYCLE START] Message is cleared. If there is no coolant filter on the coolant system, the PLC input signal must, if necessary, be bridged (see circuit diagram).
