代码 701955: Tool gripper stop not moved in

Tool gripper should move to the tool magazine (magazine chain), but the stop cylinder is not retracted. The PLC input signal "Tool gripper stop retracted" is not registered. Tool loader functions are stopped. If the sensor signals OK again within a monitoring time of about 12 seconds, the machine continues to run. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the error must be acknowledged. 1. Check the sensor and the PLC input signal "Tool gripper stop retracted". 2. Check the actuation and the valve "Retract tool gripper stop". 3. Switch to manual mode. 4. Press [TOOL CH HOME POS.] key. Tool gripper moves to home position. 5. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press one of the following keys: [FEED START] [CYCLE START] Message is cleared.
