If the clamping device is clamped and the clamping sequence is completed, it is checked once again whether the PLC input signals "Insertion check table side 2“ or "Insertion check nest 2“ are still present. If they are not present, an error message appears. The clamping device is automatically opened again. 1. Check whether the workpiece was inserted correctly. 2. Check the setting of the airsensoring unit. 3. Check the PLC input signals "Insertion check table side 2“ or "Insertion check nest 2“. 4. If the PLC input signals for airsensoring signal the signal state (1), the clamping device can be clamped again and the message will be cleared automatically.
