Error messages Part-in-place check Part not removed from table side 1 If the clamping device is released, the PLC input signals "Insertion check table side 1“ or "Insertion check nest 1“ must change from signal state (1) to (0) and then back to (1) again before the clamping device is clamped again. It is not possible to clamp the clamping device. 1. Remove the workpiece from the device and then insert it in the device again. 2. Check the setting of the airsensoring unit. 3. Check the PLC input signals "Insertion check table side 1“ or "Insertion check nest 1“. 4. If the signal changed, the clamping device can be clamped and the message is cleared automatically.
