The command "Lock tool revolver" is output but there is no response from the sensor. PLC input signal "Tool revolver tool engaged" must get signal state (1) once after engaging. The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. "Spindle Stop" Tool spindle is stopped. Speed no longer possible. 1. Check sensor "Tool revolver tool engaged" and the PLC input signal. 2. Once the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] key. Message is cleared. Error messages Tool revolver Tool revolver tool not engaged If the centric tensioner is in the machining position, the message applies to channel 1 and channel 3. If the centric tensioner is not in the machining position, the message only applies to channel 3.
