Code 702336: Counterbearing 4th axis not locked

A movement command has been output for an axis (X,Y,Z) but the counterbearing of the 4th axis on the machining side is not yet clamped. The corresponding PLC input signal "4th axis counterbearing clamped" is not registered. Error messages Axes (>Z) Counterbearing 4th axis not locked Feed Stop Read disable If the signal is OK again within a certain monitoring time, the machine continues to run again immediately. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the machine stops. 1. Check pressure switch "4th axis counterbearing clamped". 2. Check the PLC input signal "4th axis counterbearing clamped". 3. Check the PLC output signal "Clamp 4th axis counterbearing clamping". Check valve "Clamp 4th axis counterbearing". 4. As soon as the malfunction is remedied, press one of the following keys: [FEED START] [CYCLE START] Message is cleared. Error messages 600512 and 600612 were allocated to 702336 and 702344 starting in 01/2006. In the case of old SW versions, however, these are still displayed.
