Official Troubleshooting Steps
Function "Unclamp 6th axis clamping" was output, but the axis clamping is not yet unclamped or signals that it is still clamped. PLC input signal "6th axis clamping unclamped" is not registered, or "6th axis clamping clamped" is still registered. Feed Stop Read disable If the signal is OK again within a certain monitoring time, the machine continues to run again immediately. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the machine stops. 1. Check the PLC input signals "6th axis clamping unclamped", "6th axis clamping clamped" and the pressure sensors. 2. Check the PLC output signals "Unclamp 6th axis clamping", "Clamp 6th axis clamping" and the valves. 3. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] or [CYCLE START]: Message is cleared.
