Function "Clamp 7th axis clamping" was output, but the axis clamping is not yet clamped or signals that it is still unclamped. PLC input signal "7th axis clamping clamped" is not registered, or "7th axis clamping unclamped" is still registered. The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. Read disable Control reads no further program blocks into memory. If the sensor signals are correct within a monitoring period, the program run is continued. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the machine stops. Error messages Axes (>Z) 7th axis not locked 1. Check the PLC input signals "7th axis clamping clamped", "7th axis clamping unclamped" and the pressure sensors. 2. Check the PLC output signals "Clamp 7th axis clamping", "Unclamp 7th axis clamping" and the valves. 3. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] or [CYCLE START]: Message is cleared.
