Function "Unclamp 7th axis clamping" was output, but the axis clamping is not yet unclamped or signals that it is still clamped. PLC input signal "7th axis clamping unclamped" is not registered, or "7th axis clamping clamped" is still registered. The error has the following effect: Feed Stop No axis movements possible. Read disable Control reads no further program blocks into memory. If the sensor signals are correct within a monitoring period, the program run is continued. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the machine stops. 1. Check the PLC input signals "7th axis clamping unclamped", "7th axis clamping clamped" and the pressure sensors. 2. Check the PLC output signals "Unclamp 7th axis clamping", "Clamp 7th axis clamping" and the valves. 3. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] or [CYCLE START] key. Message is cleared.
