Official Troubleshooting Steps
The configuration of the protective doors (left protective door or tool changer door) is not OK. The PLC machine parameter (PLC-MD) for configuring the protective doors does not agree with the machine type. There are differences between the PLC and safety logic. The PLC-MD "Without left protective door" is set, but the associated PLC input signal is registered. The PLC-MD "Without tool changer door" is set, but the associated PLC input signal is registered. Not possible to switch on the machine control. 1. Set the machine parameter according to the machine type. 2. As soon as the PLC machine parameter is active, press the following key: [RESET] Message is cleared. 3. The machine control can be activated again. Machine with left protective door PLC-MD 14512[56]Bit 4 and DB20.DB156.4 must be identical. PLC-MD 14512[56]Bit 4=1 and PLC input signal "Left protective door closed and locked" = [0] Machine with tool changer door PLC-MD 14512[56]Bit 6 and DB20.DB156.6 must be identical. PLC-MD 14512[56]Bit 6=0 and machine type (PLC-SW: VW, WH, WL) PLC-MD 14512[56]Bit 6=1 and PLC input signal "Tool changer door closed and locked" = [0]
