The command "Tool identification system to home position" was output, but this is not in the home position. The PLC input signal "Tool identification system, home position" is not registered. Operation is stopped. If the sensor registers in order again within a monitoring time of about 8 seconds, the machine continues on immediately. After the monitoring time has elapsed, the error must be acknowledged. 1. Check sensor and the PLC input signal "Tool identification system, home position". 2. Check actuation and valve "Tool identification system" to home position. 3. As soon as the malfunction has been remedied, press [FEED START] or [CYCLE START]: Message is cleared and the machining program is continued. 4. Switch to NC operating mode "Manual mode". 5. Press [TOOL CH HOME POS.] key. Tool gripper is moved to the home position. The menu can be found under: Chapter 2.2 ‘Tool changer diagnostics menu’ on page 11
