Troubleshooting when this alarm is issued The master spindle speed is converted to the motor speed of the slave spindle by multiplying the master spindle speed by the gear ratio between the slave spindle and motor. Check whether the converted spindle speed exceeds the maximum motor speed and operate the machine so that the maximum motor speed is not exceeded.
