Cause: UOP inputs #1 (IMSTP), #2 (HOLD), #3(SFTYFNC), #8 (ENBL) are all LOW. These must all be HIGH for normal production operation. Remedy: See remedy for APSH-051, Connect or deassign UOP inputs.
