Cause: The robot controller Proxy was not able to bind a TCP network socket. Remedy: This alarm generally implies that either the Proxy or the TCP/IP interface is not set up correctly. Obtain the ethernet.dg file from the MD: device, document the events that led to the error, and call your local FANUC representative.
