Cause: This warning is posted when the meter has reached its stroke limit during dispensing. After this occurs, the system automatically reverses the meter direction, and resumes dispensing. However, the quality of the dispensed bead might not be acceptable, because of the transition during meter direction reversal. Remedy: Perform the following operations: 1. Modify your program and use the provided macros to reposition the meter before you start dispensing for the seam. 2. Lower the flow rate so that it can cover the entire seam without meter direction.
