Cause: This warning is posted when the inactive meter could not finish reloading before the active meter reaches the Near-Empty position. This is where the sub-meter should start dispensing for meter switching. This condition is usually caused by one or more of the following: z The supply pressure was not high enough. z The Near-Empty location is set too early. z The PLC did not send the RELOAD_OK early enough. Remedy: z Make sure material supply pressure is high enough. z Make sure the Near-Empty location is set properly. z Nake sure the PLC sends the RELOAD_OK on time.
