Cause: This error is caused when the Integral Pneumatic System (IPS) encounters a problem that it is unable to solve internally. Remedy: This fault is usually fixed when you perform a COLD start. If the error is not cleared, contact your supervisor or call your local FANUC representative with the following information: z The exact error number and message shown. z Information documenting exactly what the robot was doing at the time of the failure. z Program name, line number, robot's location in the workcell, any cell I/O or other communication activity.
