Cause: A UOP CYCLE START input was detected but no paused program exists. Remedy: None available. This error is only generated if your Cell interface has been specified using $shell_cfg.$cont_only=TRUE. If this is the case, then for safety reasons UOP CYCLE START is only used for resuming paused programs.
