The Gripper numbers supported in PalletTool are: z Single = 1 z Double icc = 3 z Triple case = 5 z Custom 1 = 6 z Custom 2 = 7 z Custom 3 = 8 z Custom 4 = 9 z Multi case = 10 z Fork pick = 11 z Bag push = 12 Remedy: Make sure R[15] contains the number of the desired gripper.
