Cause: The robot EtherNet/IP scanner was not able to send information on a TCP or UDP network socket. Remedy: This alarm generally implies that the Ethernet or TCP/IP interface is not set up correctly. For example, if no IP address is defined, then the EtherNet/IP cannot initialize. Verify network connectivity using the ping utility (on the robot and also on the local PC). If the problem persists, document the events that led to the alarm, and call your local FANUC representative.
