コード SEAL-024: Error in motion triggering

Cause: The high performance I/O triggering system (Motion Trigger) has returned a bad status. When this occurs, the redundant triggering system will take over, but the quality of the SSs and SEs will be poor. This condition is usually caused by one or more of the following: 1. A Gun On output is assigned to a output point which is nonzero and does not exist. 2. A Start Meter output is assigned to a output point which is nonzero and does not exist. 3. A Atomizing Air output is assigned to a output point which is nonzero and does not exist. 4. There is a problem with the software setup of the I/O system. 5. There is a problem with the hardware setup of the I/O system. Remedy: Go to the Equipment Output menu and verify that all the Gun on, Start Meter, and Atomizing Air outputs are correctly defined or their indexes are set to zero. If the VALUE of a output port is '****', then the index number must be set to zero and the robot must be cold started. You must cold start the robot after changing anything on this menu.
