Cause: This error is usually caused by an IO point which is required by Dispense tool being set to an invalid index number or type. Remedy: Make sure that all inputs and outputs on the Dispense IO screen are set to valid IO points (the VALUE is not shown as *****) or the index number has been is set to 0. Cold start the robot controller after making any changes to this screen.
