Cause: The firmware versions on the timer card must be the same if there are 2 timers. Either the firmware version itself is different, or the revision level of the firmware is different. Remedy: Make sure that the firmware version and revision level match for both cards. It could be viewed by plugging in one card at a time and viewing the revision level of each one.
